How does the Free plan work?
Create your Boxymi account, then unlock the Free plan with a one-time Boxymi QR-label purchase. There is no recurring subscription fee for the Free plan. It includes up to 2 members, 1,000 items and 20 locations.
Do I need to buy QR labels for Starter or Growth?
No. You can use Starter or Growth without buying Boxymi QR labels. You can still add labels later if you want faster scanning and item identification.
Is the price per workspace or per person?
Starter and Growth are priced per workspace, not per person. Each plan includes the member allowance shown above.
Which plan should I choose?
Choose Free for essential inventory tracking, Starter for stock control and order workflows, or Growth for batch workflows and traceability across more locations.
Can I use Boxymi on both web and mobile?
Yes. Your team can access the same shared inventory through the Boxymi web and mobile apps.
How do plans work if I have multiple workspaces?
Each workspace has its own plan and capacity. If you manage multiple workspaces, choose the appropriate plan for each one.
Where do I manage my subscription?
Manage your subscription from your workspace settings in Boxymi, where you can review your plan and billing details.
